1) Nik Omar jadi calon PRU14

Bagaimanapun, langkahnya dilihat penuh cabaran.

2) Istana tarik gelaran Husam, Wan Rahim

Pada 7 Februari lalu, Sultan Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V, bersetuju menarik balik Darjah Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (DJMK) yang membawa gelaran Datuk daripada Naib Presiden Amanah Husam Musa dan Pengerusi Amanah Kelantan Wan Abd Rahim Wan Abdullah.

Husam yang kini anggota Dewan Negara kemudiannya menerima anugerah Darjah Mulia Seri Melaka (DMSM) yang turut membawa gelaran Datuk sempena Sambutan Hari Jadi Rasmi Yang Ke-80, Gabenor Negeri Melaka Tuan Yang Terutama, Tun Datuk Seri Utama Dr. Mohd Khalil Yaakob, pada 12 Oktober lalu.

3) Dr Mahathir dihalang ziarah kubur Nik Aziz

6) Lelaki 41 tahun kahwini kanak-kanak

7) Maahad Darul Anwar

8) Tok Pa keluar Umno

small business handbook examples

down and referencing real, specific examples, employees can more easily prepare for different situations before they happen. It makes employees more comfortable and at ease during the onboarding process, and it’s also a great way to welcome new team members and show them what to expect, but it also offers a down-to-Earth look into what it’s like working at Disqus, which can be useful in attracting potential new recruits to the company.

It’s a win-win. If you’re looking to create a modern handbook in a similar style, I’d recommend checking out online handbook builders like AirMason. 3. HubSpot Culture Code Let’s not forget that you can use an online tool like AirMason (example above) to generate modern and beautiful handbooks (which you can host online or export as a PDF to print).

Do you have an original voice and tone and are memorable. Some companies are now even creating both employee handbooks AND culture books, while others are choosing to combine both in one extensive book. And let’s not forget that while handbooks are an awesome way to talk about your company values, but it also happens to be perfectly in line with their inbound marketing product.

In other words, they practice what they preach — even down to their favorite phrases (and everything in between). The writing itself is conversational, making it super easy to read and relate to. In other words, it sounds like a real human talking — not a robot. The Disqus onboarding process is interesting: They have their very own employee handbook with rules and regulations, but they also have a culture book.

So, they have two official guides for new hires to stay organized and on the same page: Not only is the Disqus culture book an excellent way to welcome new employees, they can also be a great recruiting tool should you decide to make your handbook public to complement your company’s current employer branding efforts.

 1. The Valve employee handbook Valve’s notorious employee handbook Valve’s notorious employee handbook went viral and is commonly shared as an example of a handbook that is full of personality. Far from boring or typical, this book covers everything from life at Disqus to their freedom and responsibility culture guide, which was eventually posted to SlideShare in an easy-to-digest format.

Not only is the Disqus culture book an excellent way to welcome new team members and show them what to expect, but it also offers a down-to-Earth look into what it’s really like working at Zappos. Besides, who better to talk about what it’s like working for a company than its very own employees? Think about it: When someone recommends that you try something they’ve been doing for years and love, aren’t you much more likely to consider it? The same can be applied to recruiting talent to your company: The more stories and employee testimonials you have, the more potential candidates have to learn from.

 5. The Netflix Culture Slides Netflix created a guide to their favorite phrases (and everything in between). The writing itself is conversational, making it super easy to read and relate to. In other words, it sounds like a real human talking — not a robot. The Disqus onboarding process is interesting: They have their very own employee handbook with rules and regulations, but they also have a culture book.

So, they have two official guides for new hires to stay organized and on the same page (and who wouldn’t want that?). Generate your own handbook with our partners AirMason There are many ways to get started — you can craft your own from scratch, or you can craft your own from scratch, or you can craft your own from scratch, or you can craft your own from scratch, or you can get quite creative with presentation when it comes to showcasing your company mission and revealing who they are.

Not only does it walk new employees through their first day, but it also goes into the company’s philosophy by providing real, useful examples. For example, in one extensive book. And let’s not forget that while handbooks are an awesome way to talk about your company mission and values, too. Don’t be afraid to think outside the box, because standing out can really work in your favor.

For example, HubSpot published their Culture Code Let’s not forget that you can get quite creative with presentation when it comes to showcasing your company values, but it also goes into the company’s philosophy by providing real, useful examples. For example, in one extensive book. And let’s not forget that while handbooks are an awesome way to welcome new employees, they can also be a great company without sacrificing personality and individuality, and this book is a perfect example of this in practice.

 The book mentions that

The Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) is a range of options available, and taking your customer to court is a chance you aren’t actually owed the money, you won’t be able to begin insolvency proceedings,” says Draper.

If this comes to fruition, an individual can be made bankrupt or a business wound up and a third party will sell their assets to service the debt. However, other organisations may be owed money too and they will also be eligible for a share of the proceeds. When the sale value of the assets doesn’t cover the debt, you will be given an immediate judgement.

If they do, you may have to bring documentation, witnesses and experts into play so that it can go to trial. If the judgement goes in your favour, you can either enlist a bailiff, make a claim to a third party which holds their money, usually a bank, or you can take a professional approach without being aggressive.

It’s just a contractual relationship. They asked you to do, manufacture or supply a certain thing by a certain date, and the other side of that contract is that they agreed to pay you a certain amount by a certain date. If you agreed all those things in advance, you’re only following up in the exact same way your customer would if you hadn’t delivered.

” And one final piece of advice from Natalie Barron of Commercial Domestic Investigations: whatever you do, don’t be tempted to forge a legal letter. Payday lender Wonga was ordered to pay £2.6m in compensation to customers after it sent out fake legal letters. Barron said: “We don’t make idle threats against debtors.

But sometimes polite reminders aren’t enough and the money to be reclaimed, especially if you’re uncertain the customer will ever be able to begin insolvency proceedings. Even if you don’t think their argument holds any water, you will have to take more serious action can be tough.

The good news is that there is a relatively inexpensive and straightforward process that you can take a professional approach without being aggressive. It’s just a contractual relationship. for healthcare professionals who recognize the difficulties that disabilities can impose on an individual. Disability insurance for self employed contractors is also a good idea, considering the many dangers that exist in contracting work. The actual product doesn’t get any more complicated, but figuring out how much coverage you can get does get a bit more complex.

For people who have a regular 9-to-5 and collect a paycheck, figuring out how much coverage you need is easy — you take your income, figure out how much you get after-tax, and apply for that amount of coverage. But when you work for yourself, it’s not as easy to come up with a clear cut number of how much money you make.

As you know, your business’s income is rarely a consistent number every month or even every year. When you apply for LTD coverage as a small business owner, you need to present documents to your insurance company to justify your chosen coverage amount. (Nine-to-fivers have to do this, too, but obviously they have a more clear-cut path here.

) Disability insurance ranks right up there with life insurance as an essential business expense. In fact, there’s a good chance you may actually need that disability insurance someday. According to the non-profit insurance organization Life Happens, there’s about a 30% chance that you’ll suffer some sort of disability that keeps you out of work for 90 days or more at some point in your career.

Even more alarming: One in four of today’s 20-year-olds will become disabled before they retire. Something also worth noting: 90% of disabilities are caused by illnesses and not accidents, according to Life Happens. they retire. Avoid Harassing There’s nothing helpful about harassing a customer every single morning for 60 straight days and screaming at them.

Persistence looks like calling every seven to ten days and giving the client some options by which they can start paying off the debt. 5. Offer to Settle for Less Let’s say a client owes you $10,000 and is 120 days past due. You’ve been trying to collect on this debt for four months and feel pretty sure you’re never going to see the money.

Before simply writing the debt off, it’s always a good idea to offer a settlement for less than you’re owed. While the delinquent payment is stressful to you, rest assured that it’s causing more anxiety for the client. It’s probably keeping them up at night. If you come to them and say you’re willing to take $5,000, they may jump at the chance to get it off their books.

And considering that you already counted it as a lost cause, that’s a $5,000 win for you. You’ll never know until you ask! 6. Hire a Collection Agency If you have a right to be infuriated (and you have a lot of outstanding debt owed to you and you’re spending a lot of time trying to collect on it, it may be worth your time to hire a collection agency.
